Following a comprehensive search, Pierre Allard-Couluon is appointed Group Chief Sales Officer and will join Rubix on 16 March 2020.
Pierre will join the executive board with responsibility for organic sales growth. He will take responsibility for key accounts, sales effectiveness and sales performance across the branch network.
Commenting on the appointment, Rubix Group CEO Martin Thomsen said: “Pierre brings extensive international commercial experience with a strong track record of driving profitable sales growth. I am looking forward to working with him as we continue to build on our market leading position.”
Pierre is familiar with industrial distribution, having spent seven years at Rexel as general manager for a global business unit specialised in tailored supply chain solutions for large capital projects, and then as VP for group business transformation.
Most recently, he was at Wabtec where he was the regional director for France, Benelux, Middle East and Africa. Earlier in his career he was a management consultant with Arthur Andersen before holding a number of senior international sales roles with Alcatel-Lucent.
